Please note that all jewelry made with natural stones may have slight size, color, and texture variations from the photographed sample. This unique point of difference should be expected when ordering these pieces. Most items ship within 7 days, but some items may take 2-3 weeks depending upon availability. We reserve the right to change our pricing at anytime.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return the item(s) within 20 days of delivery of your shipment along with the original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please report any discrepancies within five days to shipping@tresjoliedesigns.com for a Return Authorization Number (no exchange or refund will be obtained without an Authorization Number).
We cannot accept returns of opened items returned more than 20 days after delivery.
Très Jolie Designs will repair all jewelry that has been handled with normal wear and tear for a nominal fee. We will repair or replace any defective Très Jolie Designs jewelry at no charge.
Please follow these return procedures:
1. Seal up the original packaging with one copy of the invoice inside.
2. Please return via the carrier of your choice with the return signature required. UPS or parcel post is recommended. (Do not leave the package at your mailbox or outside for your mail carrier).
3. For your protection, you must insure the package for the value of the item enclosed.
